Two bears and a horse symbolize this family's favorite animals. Mountains, rivers and wide-open sky shape the landscape.

The mom writes:

"We use the wheel every day. It is in our house entranceway. Inside the wheel I have some words on a piece of paper that remind me to be present with my family and myself. It says:

'I love myself just the way I am.
I'm warm, open, and giving.
I share my love openly and affectionately.'

I turn the wheel after I say each line."
